Octopus Stewed Tofu

Wash the fish and cut into sections.

Cut the tofu into large pieces, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes and remove the controlled dry water.

Slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onion into sections.

Pat the hairtail with a thin layer of dry flour.

Start the pot, add a little oil and stir evenly, and roast the tofu brown on both sides on low heat.

Then use the same method to bake the fish brown on both sides.

Add 10 ml of oil, add dried red pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and cooking wine to fry until fragrant, then add all the seasonings and water (the water has submerged the ingredients).

Add the tofu and fish, and simmer until there is no soup.

Stewed fish and tofu.

Fish and tofu served on a plate.
Tips:
Stew until the soup is finished, it is delicious.
Do not remove the scales when cleaning, as the scales are nutritious.
