Octopus Wonton
1.
Use tomato juice to make a moderately firm dough
2.
Roll the dough into thin slices, remove the leftovers, and divide into squares
3.
4.
Fold up from the lower corner, don’t align it, stagger it a bit, and squeeze the sides firmly
5.
This is what the package looks like
6.
Take another dough wrapper and put a proper amount of stuffing in the middle
7.
Pinch the four sides to the middle
8.
Turn your head up and spread the dough underneath
9.
Use a spatula to cut out eight legs. The shape of a small octopus is fine. Because it needs to be boiled, I really can't think of any method to make the eyes, so let's do it!
10.
Boil the wontons in a pot
11.
Take an empty bowl, add some seaweed, dried shrimp skin, white pepper, and salt
12.
Pour a little boiling water
13.
Put in the cooked won blunt, sprinkle some coriander, and pour in a few drops of sesame oil.
