Oil and Salt Biscuits

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of yeast in a clean small bowl and rinse with water. Slowly pour the yeast water into a basin filled with dry flour, and stir with chopsticks while pouring into the noodles.

The temperature and time of baking the sesame seed can be set according to your taste and preference of the sesame seed. If you like softer ones, you can set it to 150°C for a few minutes, then set it to 200°C for a few minutes, so that the biscuits will have a golden crust and a soft core.
