Oil-free Cornmeal and Egg Pancakes

Prepare 3 eggs and beat them into egg liquid

Because there will be broken egg shells, strain them

First add 2 spoons of cornmeal and stir

Add appropriate amount of water and 2 spoons of cornmeal and continue to stir (add cornmeal while adding water) I always add 5 spoons of cornmeal

I first pour the rice paste and spread it into a cake shape and then turn on the fire. Otherwise, the pan won’t be so good when it heats up. Turn on medium heat (must use a non-stick pan) for about 1 to 2 minutes

If you want to be oil-free, you must use a non-stick pan. Honey can be added as you like
