It’s also very healthy for babies to eat. Cornmeal is a coarse grain, mainly without oil at all (you need to use a non-stick pan). It is also suitable for eating during weight loss.

Ingredients

Oil-free Cornmeal and Egg Pancakes

1. Prepare 3 eggs and beat them into egg liquid

2. Because there will be broken egg shells, strain them

3. Add 1 gram of table salt

4. Add 1 spoon of honey

5. First add 2 spoons of cornmeal and stir

6. Add appropriate amount of water and 2 spoons of cornmeal and continue to stir (add cornmeal while adding water) I always add 5 spoons of cornmeal

7. Stir it until it's a little bit thin and dripping

8. I first pour the rice paste and spread it into a cake shape and then turn on the fire. Otherwise, the pan won’t be so good when it heats up. Turn on medium heat (must use a non-stick pan) for about 1 to 2 minutes

9. Turn over for 1 to 2 minutes and continue frying

10. Continue to fry the remaining batter according to the above steps (I fry a total of 2 noodles)

11. Spread 2 noodles on a plate and cut it on the picture.

12. Cut it like this and it's OK

13. I cut some grapefruit

Tips:

If you want to be oil-free, you must use a non-stick pan. Honey can be added as you like
