Oil-free Crispy Walnut Crisp

Prepare the ingredients and crush the walnuts with a rolling pin.

Add 20g of icing sugar to the egg white and mix well. Add instant coffee and mix well. Put the bowl in hot water, add 25g of icing sugar, and mix well. Finally add the remaining powdered sugar and stir, add the crushed walnuts.

Tips:
Don't add too much powdered sugar, stir in batches, and warm up with hot water.
