Oily Gluten Stuffed Meat

Ingredients: pork filling, oily gluten, eggs, horseshoe, green onions, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, pepper, starch, soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar.

Stir the pork filling, egg, chopped horseshoe, chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, pepper, and starch in one direction.

Poke a small hole in the oily gluten and gently compact the gluten into a hollow shell.
