Oily Small Milk Melon

Wash the milk melon and peel it.

Cut diagonally into slices and place them on a plate.
3.
Garlic smashed on top of the milk melon slices, sprinkle with salt.
4.
Pour oil in the pot, put the pepper particles and the chili pepper until fragrant.
5.
Sprinkle on the milk melon slices.
6.
Add less sesame oil and white balsamic vinegar.
Tips:
1: Don't get too much white balsamic vinegar, which is a bit astringent, but it doesn't reach that taste.
2: You can remove the Chaotian pepper and the peppercorns after simmering, but I prefer not to fish, the taste lasts longer.
