Oily Tofu Boiled Meat

Sandwich meat, one piece (approximately one catty)

Tofu in oil, a small bag

Soak the meat in the rice-washing water for ten minutes and rinse it off

Cut the meat into pieces and separate the lean and fatty meats (forgot to take pictures)
Heat a spoonful of oil in a pot, add fat and skin and stir fry

Add lean meat and stir fry

After stirring until there is no blood, add about two spoons of cooking wine, cover for a while

After turning over, add about two spoons of soy sauce, mix well and cover for a while

Add boiling water to the meat and cook for 5 minutes

Add the oily tofu and cook for about ten minutes

Pick a few pieces of rock sugar, add them and cook together

Cook until the soup is almost harvested, then turn off the heat (if you like to eat frozen, there will be more soup left)

Put it out of the pot and put it into a bowl.
