Oily Tofu, Cabbage and Bone Soup

Ingredients: meat bones (blanched), cabbage (cleaned and cut), oily tofu (cut)

Put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker and add some clean water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the cut oily tofu and cabbage to a boil, cook until the cabbage is cooked through.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
