Oily Tofu Stuffed Meat-a Good Place for Leftover Fillings

To prepare the ingredients, my meat filling is left over from making dumplings, and celery meat filling. This can be done with your favorite meat filling. What kind of vegetables you add depends on your personal preference. Pure meat filling is also fine.

You tofu poke a small hole with chopsticks.

Slowly stuff the minced meat through this small hole and fill it up.

Stuffed tofu with oil.

Wash the green onion, ginger and garlic, and chop all into fines.

Start the pan, put a little oil in the hot pan, heat up the oil a little, add the onion, ginger, and garlic to fry the aroma.

Add in the right amount of fuel consumption, tomato sauce, dark soy sauce and extremely fresh flavor, and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the oily tofu, change the heat to low when the water is boiled, cover and simmer for a while.

When the broth is thick, add a small bowl of water starch.

Pour water starch along the side of the pot and stir fry to thicken the oily tofu with the sauce.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan~
Tips:
1. Add fuel consumption. Taste the taste of the soup when seasoning soy sauce and light soy sauce. If it is not enough, you can add it in an appropriate amount. Basically, it is enough without salt.
2. Thicken the oily tofu with thick sauce. The taste is superb. Both corn starch and sweet potato starch can be used for thickening.
