Okara Braid Bread
1.
Pour the filtered bean dregs into the bread bucket
2.
Put all the ingredients except sesame seeds into the bread bucket and start the kneading process twice (40 minutes in total)
3.
After the dough is finished, the dough can be pulled out of the glove film (you can vaguely see the particles on it that are okara)
4.
At room temperature, it will be 2-2.5 times its original size
5.
Take it out on the chopping board and knead it thoroughly and ventilate it and divide it into small pieces of suitable size, and knead each group of three into thin strips
6.
Then put it into the shape shown in the picture
7.
Like braiding
8.
Make up and squeeze the two ends tightly
9.
Place the raw embryos in a greased baking pan for two shots
10.
After the second shot is completed, brush the egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds
11.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 30 minutes
Tips:
1. Normal fermentation at room temperature in the current weather is fine;
2. If the surface color is too heavy during baking, it should be covered with tin foil halfway.
