Okara Bun
1.
The black beans, red dates and soy milk dregs left in the morning, add self-raising powder, or flour and yeast to mix well, and then the kneading process is unforgettable.
2.
My self-raising powder has been around for a long time, so I added some yeast and a little baking powder.
3.
Just put it outside in summer. It's cold today. Put the boiling water in the oven underneath, and put the dough on top to let it rise.
4.
I knead it for a while and continue to send it again.
5.
When it's done, take it out and put it in a steamer to boil water for fifteen minutes and steam for a few minutes. Just smell the fragrance and master it yourself.
6.
Out of the oven! Haha.
7.
Um soft and sweet!
Tips:
The leftover sesame powder at Sesame’s house was sprinkled a little, and one more was packed in, haha.
