Okara Scallion Shortbread Cookies
1.
Cut the onion and chives
2.
Raise the frying pan, heat it, add the oil, add the sliced onions and fry them to get the aroma, and then add the sliced chives
3.
Slowly fry the fragrant onion oil
4.
While the oil is hot, pour the hot oil into the bean dregs. My bean dregs are made in advance.
5.
Added some homemade shrimp skin powder
6.
Add some homemade salt and pepper powder
7.
Stir in the chopped green onion and set aside
8.
Take a large bowl and put the flour
9.
Pour lukewarm water into the flour and stir it into large snowflake flakes.
10.
Knead the dough vigorously until the surface is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap or a clean basin and let it rest for 20-30 minutes
11.
Take out the dough and rub it into a long strip
12.
Divide into the appropriate size dose, I divided into 6 equal parts
13.
Roll it out with a rolling pin, it's better to be as thin as possible
14.
Brush the rolled pie base with green onion pastry
15.
Roll up the dough from one end of the dough, and after all the dough is rolled, shape it
16.
Take a clean knife and cut the pastry crust just rolled into the middle
17.
Put two slices of noodles together, with the cut side facing up, and gently roll out with a rolling pin. Don’t use too much force, otherwise it will compact the noodles and affect the layering and taste of the cake.
18.
Put the cake in an electric baking pan and bake on both sides for 4 minutes
Tips:
If there is no pre-made veggie floss (bean dregs), just put the wet dregs after the beating and filtering, stir-fry in the pot or put them in the oven to bake and dry, and you can do the same!
