This is an oil-free biscuit. Because the bean dregs are added, the flour used is the flour for steaming steamed buns. Considering that bean dregs can reduce the strength of flour, low-gluten flour is not specially used. This formula is purely my own thinking and matching, because I often drink soy milk, just to find a long-term "home" for the bean dregs. After several trials, this method is quite reliable.

Okara Square Biscuits

1. Main ingredients: bean dregs, flour, eggs

2. Knock the eggs into the basin. Add sugar, bean dregs, baking powder

3. Stir it well

4. Put in the flour

5. Mix into a slightly soft dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 20 minutes

6. Roll the dough into 1cm thick slices

7. Use biscuit molds or directly cut into cubes

8. Put in the baking tray

9. Evenly dazzling

10. Bake the middle and lower layers in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Move to the middle and bake for 8 minutes

11. Take out and let cool, ready to eat

Tips:

1. Because the bean dregs contain water, there is no need to add water.
2. The amount of sugar and the temperature of the oven are for reference only.
