Okonomiyaki

The ratio of cabbage to ready-mixed powder is 3:1

150g cabbage and 50g ready-mixed powder are enough for a large banyan;

The amount of water is the key to taste. It needs 75ml. The smaller the measuring cup, the less accurate it is. You can use an electronic scale to measure 150ml first, and then pour out half of the weight;

Stir the premixed powder and water until there is no lumps, then add the eggs and stir evenly;

Add shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced sausage, and prawns, stir until the batter is evenly coated, and season with salt;

From the pan, fry the pickled pork belly until the surface is slightly caramelized and set aside;

Preheat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan, pour in the mixed mixture from the center of the pan, sprinkle a little black pepper, and simmer on the lid for 5 minutes over low heat. Push the plate into the pot to cover the pork belly, and continue to low heat for 4 minutes;

Drizzle with good yakiniku sauce and sweet milk, garnish with bonito flakes and seaweed powder and enjoy.
