Okra
1.
Wash the okra for later use.
2.
Boil the okra in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then immediately remove it and place it in cold water. Eat cold okra twice in summer, and cold water once when the weather is colder!
3.
Remove the okra soaked in cold water and drain the water, cut off the stems, and then cut the okra into two, divide them into two halves, and put them on a plate.
4.
Use 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chili oil, 1 spoon of oil, and 1 spoon of abalone juice to make a bowl of sauce. You can eat it with okra dipped in juice, or you can pour the juice directly on the okra. When I have two people at home, I like to eat with dipping sauce, so that the taste is more full. If the home is for guests, I will pour the juice on the okra.
