Okra

Wash the okra, remove the handle, soak it in water for a while, remove it and place it in a dish for later use. Put clean water in the pot, after the water is boiled, add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of peanut oil. Boil the okra in it for 4 minutes, remove and place in a basin of cold water.

Start the fire, add a proper amount of peanut oil to the pot, and when the oil is hot, pour the chopped garlic and chili into the pot until fragrant.
