Okra and Egg Dumplings
1.
Wash the okra and blanch it!
2.
After blanching the okra, soak it in cold water (I use ice water)
3.
Beat the eggs, fry them and let cool!
4.
Chop the soaked black fungus and set aside (the dry fungus I use, soak in advance)
5.
Take the white scallion and chop it for later use
6.
Chopped green onion leaves can be used as a dipping sauce (I made two servings, one is not spicy)
7.
Let the eggs cool and chop them for later use
8.
Chopped okra for later use (it is recommended to chop by hand because okra has a lot of mucus)
9.
Minced pansa fish and set aside (you can use fresh shrimp instead, because children are allergic to shrimp, so I used pansa fish fillet)
10.
Pour all the ingredients together and add some starch, and mix them in one direction! You can make dumplings (everyone will stop making dumplings and cooking dumplings! I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers!)
11.
The finished product! Pour the dipping sauce and mix well to start eating ^ω^ (I don't like such a bold way of eating, you can use a small dish to decorate the dipping sauce and eat it!)
Tips:
Dipping sauce method: chop green onion leaves and chili together, drizzle with hot oil, add light soy sauce to it! Pay attention to the oil first, so that the hot oil can blanch the green onion leaves and peppers, making the green onions more scented! Friends who don’t eat spicy food don’t need to put peppers!
