Okra Omelet
1.
Boil water in a pot, add a small amount of salt, blanch the okra until it is broken and remove
2.
Cut off the pedicle and the tip of the tail
3.
Beat the eggs to filter out the egg tendons and foam
4.
Add a small amount of salt and pepper and mix well
5.
Brush a thin layer of cooking oil in the pan and heat it to warm
6.
Pour a spoonful of egg liquid and spread it evenly
7.
Put the okra after the egg liquid has solidified
8.
Slowly roll it up from one side, roll it into an egg roll and fry it for a while
Tips:
1. Use a medium-to-small fire throughout the whole process, do not fry the omelet too hard, otherwise it will be difficult to roll up
2. Don't pour too much egg liquid at a time, otherwise the omelet will be thick, harder to cook, and not easy to roll up
