Okra Shrimp Ball Salad
1.
For the fresh shrimp I use, I can also use quick-frozen shrimp, peel off the prawns, pick out the shrimp thread, and cut the back.
2.
Grab the shrimps with cooking wine, starch, salt and white pepper and marinate for ten minutes.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, blanch the okra, and remove cold water when it turns emerald green.
4.
The marinated shrimps are also blanched, the colored peppers are cut into pieces, and the cherry tomatoes are cut in half.
5.
Cut the okra into sections, add colored peppers, cherry tomatoes, and blanched shrimps.
6.
Add some salt, pour in the Chobe salad dressing, and stir well.
7.
I use the Kewpie lime-flavored salad juice. The finished product tastes fresh and light, sweet and sour. You can also choose other flavors of salad juice according to your own preferences. The finished product tastes different.
