Okra Stir-fried Dried Tofu

Prepare the materials and wash them for later use.

Put the okra in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Dice dried tofu, blanch in hot water, drain off the water, slice garlic, cut okra, and dice chili.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the fragrant garlic slices on low heat.
5.
Pour in the chopped okra, dried tofu and chili and stir fry
6.
Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
