Okra Stuffed with Meat

Wash the okra and cut it in half, then slightly break the middle part with your hands, and chop the lean meat.

Season the lean meat with a small amount of cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence, add in the chopped ginger and garlic, and mix well

Put the meat into the okra, put it on a plate, and steam it in the pot for about twelve minutes (I forgot to take the picture when I put it in the pot)

The steamed okra stuffed meat can be shaped appropriately, and then drizzled with a little soy sauce, ready to eat.
