It’s hard to buy okra at the vegetable farm here. Last year I asked my relatives in the country for some okra seeds. This year, I planted a few okra seeds in the open space in front of the building.

Okra Tomato Egg Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the okra and cut into strips, wash and cut the tomatoes, and beat the eggs.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the tomatoes and stir fry until they wilt.

4. Add a large bowl of water and boil for 5 minutes,

5. Add the okra and boil for 2 minutes,

6. Pour in the egg liquid, boil,

7. Season with salt and sprinkle some chopped green onions.

Tips:

1. Okra is easy to cook, just boil for 2-3 minutes.
