Okra with Salad Dressing

Prepare ingredients for okra; PS: Okra is shown in the picture. Many people ask me what is okra? What does it look like?

Remove the stalks of the okra, wash it, and drain the water; PS: When removing the stalks, do not go too much to prevent the sticky substance of the okra from flowing out and losing nutrients.

Boil an appropriate amount of water;

Put a little salt, white vinegar in clear water, and cook the okra; PS: add a little salt when the okra is blanched, the white vinegar will be greener in color

Take out the blanched okra and eat it with ice water; PS: The ice water can make okra taste good and still maintain the emerald green color.

Add salad dressing, mix well, and sprinkle with melon kernels. PS: The melon kernels are roasted, you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it.
Tips:
1. Add a little salt and white vinegar when blanching the okra, the color is good and easy to be cooked;
2. When removing the stalk of the okra, it should not be cut too large, and the sticky substance of the okra should be preserved;
3. The taste of okra is more crisp and refreshing after ice water.
