I really want to eat fried noodles, just do it! As an action foodie, what is this?

Old Beijing Fried Sauce

1. Pork diced, blanched ginger, minced, garlic, diced (size depends on personal preference), green onion, diced

2. Mix the sweet noodle sauce and soy sauce with half a bowl of water and mix thoroughly

3. Heat up the pot

4. Saute Ginger

5. Pour the diced pork

6. Boil until the oil comes out, zoom to medium and small fire

7. Add the prepared soybean paste and stir fry to avoid the bottom of the pot.

8. When the soy bean paste moisture comes out and the aroma is dry, pour in the adjusted sweet noodle paste and wait for it to start, then stir fry for 7/8 minutes and keep on medium-low heat

9. Pour in garlic cloves for a fragrance

10. Finally add chopped green onion and boil until soft

11. Now the fragrant old Beijing fried sauce is out

Tips:

If you have a heavy taste, you can add an appropriate amount of salt. The suggestion is that you don’t need to add soybean paste. The flavor is already quite sufficient.
