Old Beijing Fried Sauce

Chopped green onion and ginger

The dried yellow sauce is opened with soy sauce.

Diced meat

Put oil in the pot

Fry the diced meat until the diced meat changes color

Add green onion and ginger until fragrant

Pour the yellow sauce and stir fry

Add the same amount of sweet noodle sauce and stir fry together, add salt and sugar to taste.

Pour the right amount of boiling water along the side of the pot and stir-fry with a shovel. When the sauce continues to bubble, turn down the heat.

Tips:
It's best to use diced pork belly, my diced pork is too thin, and the diced diced is a bit big, just cut it into dice pieces.
