Old Beijing Xiaohang Pear Soup

Wash the white fungus and soak for one hour, remove the stalks and cut into small pieces to drain the water for later use.

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the pear and cut it into small pieces. (Leave the pear skin)

Put the white fungus in a pot and boil for 15 minutes.

Bring all the ingredients to a boil on a high fire, change to a medium-low fire and simmer slowly. The soup is basically ready after 1/3 of it is boiled, and the time is about 40 minutes.
