Old Braised Chicken Feet

All the ingredients are prepared, the old brine is taken out in advance to thaw

Remove the nails of the chicken feet and cut them in half.

Bring water to a boil, and blanch the cut chicken feet in boiling water

Take out the blanched chicken feet and wash

Pour the old brine into the pot, add the chili, star anise, and cinnamon

Add some salt and bring to a boil

Wait for the brine in the pot to boil, add the chicken feet and soak for 2 hours, then cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat.
