Old-fashioned Cake

Put the flour in the container.

The corn oil heating system has ripples and turns off the fire.

Pour the heated corn oil into the flour.

Stir well.

Pour the milk.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk, and put the egg yolk into the batter.

Stir well and set aside.

Add 1 gram of salt to the egg white, and add the sugar in three times with a whisk.

Just lift the whisk with sharp corners.

Take one-third of the beaten egg whites and put them in the egg yolk paste and mix well.

Then to the egg whites that were beaten back.

Stir evenly, the container I used is too small, I can barely fit it.

Pour into the mold to shake out bubbles, then put it into another mold with cold water, and bake in a water bath.

Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 140° for one hour.

Tips:
Corn oil cannot be heated more than 70°.
