Old Ginger Spicy Chicken

1. Chop the chicken into large pieces.

2. Prepare old ginger (a larger amount) and garlic cloves.

3. Prepare dried red peppers, pickled peppers, millet peppers, and homemade hot sauce.

4. Put rapeseed oil in a hot pan, stir-fry garlic cloves, ginger, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

5. On high heat, add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry the yellow.

6. Stir and stir well.

7. Pour in water and cover the pot. After the large hot pot is on, change to medium and small simmer and cook for about 20 minutes, turning once halfway. Then put it into a bowl.

8. Put the bottom oil in a hot pan, and stir the homemade chili sauce over low heat to get the red oil.

9. Add pickled peppers.

10. Add millet pepper and salt and stir-fry well.

11. Pour in the cooked chicken nuggets, stir-fry evenly over high heat, and season with soy mushroom soy sauce.
