Autumn and winter nourishing hen soup

Old Hen Soup

1. Clean the chicken nuggets (this is the amount for the whole chicken, half is used to stew and half braised)

2. Put the part with chicken fat in the casserole, add ginger slices, medlar and red dates slices (about ten each), and add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a medium heat and turn to low heat to simmer slowly.
