Old Tangerine Peel and Rock Sugar Stewed with Lemon
1.
Wash the lemon, cut into thin slices, and remove the core.
2.
Soak the tangerine peel, shred, and set aside.
3.
Prepare a saucepan that is completely free of moisture. Arrange the lemons in one layer neatly, place rock sugar granules in one layer, and tangerine peel shreds in one layer, until the ingredients are used up, and water must not be added. Put it in an electronic saucepan and simmer for more than ten hours and serve.
Tips:
Lemons must be pitted, and if they are even pitted, the finished product will be very bitter.
For lemons, use a brush to remove the wax from the epidermis.
