Old Vinegar Peanuts

I chose red skin peanuts, which are small but very fragrant. Put the peanuts in a flat pan and pour canola oil.

Mix well so that each peanut is covered with oil.

Pour peanuts into the frying basket.

The air fryer is timed at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, look at the level. If the heat is not enough, it can be scheduled for 2 minutes.

The sauce is mixed. Use coriander, garlic, and green onions with a knife for later use.

Put the garlic and green onion in the sauce, pour it into the peanuts while it's hot, mix well.

Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to make it crispier.

A very memorable side dish.
Tips:
1. Mix it with oil to make the peanuts crisper.
2. Fry peanuts in an air fryer, which reduces the intake of oil and is healthier.
