An old friend sent a pot of old Shanxi old vinegar to make old vinegar peanuts. That's really a good dish to go with wine.

Ingredients

Old Vinegar Peanuts

1. It is best to choose raw peanuts with relatively small particles and uniform size

2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add peanuts, and sauté slowly

3. It took about 10 minutes for the whole process to stir-fry continuously to avoid uneven heat

4. Pour out the peanuts and let cool for later use

5. Mix the sugar, vinegar, and salt into a sauce

6. Pour the prepared juice into the cold peanuts and mix well.
