Old Vinegar Peanuts

Wash the peanuts again, spread on the curtain to dry or wipe dry with a kitchen paper towel

Add peanuts in a cold pan with cold oil, stir fry on low heat until you smell peanuts, pour in a little white wine, the alcohol will volatilize all at once, making the peanuts crisper

The freshly fried peanuts are a bit soft and crispy after cooling

Salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and balsamic vinegar make a sauce
