I often order this dish when I go to restaurants. It's sweet and sour, and it's perfect for drinking."

Old Vinegar Peanuts

1. Fry the peanuts and set aside to cool

2. Peel and diced shallots

3. Dice the bell pepper and set aside for later use

4. After the peanuts are allowed to cool, mix the diced green onion and bell pepper together

5. Put old vinegar in the pot and add two spoons of sugar. If you like sweet and sour, you can add more vinegar and sugar. After boiling, add oyster sauce until it becomes thick.

6. After boiling, pour the old vinegar sauce on the peanuts, stir well and serve.

Tips:

After the peanuts are fried, they must be completely cooled, otherwise they will not be crispy after being poured into the old vinegar sauce.
