Old Vinegar Peanuts
1.
The peanuts I bought are ready-made, you can also use raw peanuts to sauté them in slow-fire oil
2.
Cut cucumber into small cubes, cut into pieces about the size of peanuts
3.
Coriander cut into small pieces
4.
Shredded green onion or chopped green onion will do
5.
Add a little water to a slanted pot and boil
6.
I added rock sugar, you can also use white sugar
7.
Boil the sugar juice on low heat until it turns beige, turn off the heat and pour it into the bowl where the vegetables are placed.
8.
Then put 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little salt, a few drops of sesame oil, and mix it up.
9.
I like to add a spoonful of jealousy. The longer it is soaked, the more delicious it will be. Some restaurants seem to put sweet noodle sauce, anyway, no matter how authentic and delicious it is 🙈
Tips:
You can also put some sweet noodles, soy sauce, less salt, less vinegar, and more
