Old Vinegar Peanuts

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the onion and cucumber and cut into peanut-sized cubes

3. Stir the sugar, salt, vinegar, and taste very fresh to pick out the vinegar juice

4. All prepared materials

5. Add proper amount of oil to the pot, add peanuts in cold oil, stir fry over low heat

6. Until the peanuts turn red, put out and let cool

7. Sprinkle some white wine on the dried peanuts to keep the peanuts crispy and lasting

8. Stir the cucumber, onion and peanuts evenly, add the vinegar sauce and mix well.

9. The old vinegar peanuts are ready
