Old Vinegar Peanuts
1.
Scrub the peanuts and put them in the wok together with peanut oil;
2.
Turn on a low heat and slowly stir fry until the peanuts are cooked and crisp;
3.
Put it on kitchen paper, absorb the excess oil, and let it cool sufficiently until it is crispy;
4.
Dice bell pepper and onion;
5.
Put the peanuts, onion diced and bell pepper diced into a large salad bowl;
6.
Put the vinegar, maple syrup (or honey), salt, and sesame oil into a small bowl together, and stir to form a sauce;
7.
Pour the sauce into the peanuts and crushed vegetables;
8.
Just mix well.
Tips:
This dish should be cooked and eaten. Add seasonings and mix well before serving, otherwise the peanuts will not be crispy. Ugh! After I took the photo, the peanuts became a bit "skin".
