A dish often made to go with wine, the crispness of cucumber and the crispness of jellyfish. Plus the coolness of the old vinegar, it makes you cool enough to eat

Old Vinegar Sting

1. Choose high-quality pickled jellyfish heads and wash them.

2. Diagonal blade slices, soak the salt in cold water in a basin.

3. The cucumber is divided into two and sliced into 5 mm thick slices.

4. Drain the soaked jellyfish head, leave it in the pot, add cucumber slices, patted garlic, and sliced red rice pepper rings.

5. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, old vinegar, and sesame oil in sequence, and stir well.
