Old Vinegar Sting

Wash the sting head after soaking, cut into small pieces, and drain the water

Add soy salad oil to the bottom of the pot, heat it up, add garlic slices, dry chilies and fry until fragrant, then add light soy sauce and bring to a boil

Tips:
The sting head bought in the supermarket is very salty. After washing 2-3 times, add water to soak for about 2 hours. Change the water 2-3 times during soaking, otherwise the sting head will be too salty to swallow.
