Old Yeast Scallion Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients: 40 grams of natural ferment, 150 grams of flour, 150 grams of pumpkin puree, 30 grams of green onion, appropriate amount of alkaline noodles, a little pepper, salt, and water.

Tips:
The amount of water added needs to be added as appropriate according to the water content of the pumpkin puree and the batter condition.
It is not advisable to use high fire when frying, so as to avoid the external coke and internal growth.
