Olive Powder

Wash the olives and wipe dry with kitchen paper towels.

Peel the southern ginger and rub it into ginger with a grater

Hammer the olives one by one

Tips:
All utensils must be free of water and oil, and there will be no problem if they are left for a year. If they are to be stored for a long time, increase the amount of sugar used, and the juice should be no more than olives.
