Olive Rosemary Focaccia Bread

Put the flour, sugar and dry yeast in a container and stir well, pour in warm water and salt and stir with hand or wooden spoon

Then add olive oil and knead the dough until the oil covers the entire dough. Cover the kneaded dough (it will be very thin) and ferment at room temperature twice as large (occasionally use the refrigeration method to ferment overnight). There should be many large bubbles on the surface of the dough.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, line the baking pan with parchment paper or brush with olive oil, pour the dough into the baking pan, pour olive oil on the surface and smooth it by hand

Use your fingers to insert holes in the surface of the dough, sprinkle other ingredients, bake for 20-30 minutes, the golden bread on the surface will be ready
