Olive Vegetable Loofah

Three fresh loofahs (Buy early in the morning, you won’t be able to buy fresh late in the morning, they are definitely pollution-free vegetables)

A small box of olive vegetables (available in supermarkets)

Loofah peeled (If it is too long, peel off after breaking it)

Rinse the peeled loofah with water

Cut into small hob blocks

Add a little salt and cooking oil to the boiling water, blanch the loofah until the water boils again

Remove and drain

Heat oil in a pan, add the loofah and stir fry for 1 minute

Then add the olive vegetables and stir-fry evenly, and the vegetables can be seasoned (the olive vegetables itself has salty and umami taste, so you can also no longer put salt and vegetable essence for seasoning)
