Omelet

Eggs, flour, cold boiled water, carrot puree, ham puree, sugar, mix and stir, just a little bit thinner than old yogurt
2.
Griddle, ➕ a few drops of oil (must not be too much), use a spoon to fill the stirred stock solution, pick up the pot and turn it, let the stock solution flatten out freely, and then fry until both sides turn yellow and out of the pot
