Omelet
1.
Beat two eggs in a bowl, I use a large bowl here.

Put the flour. salt. Sugar (can use green onions instead of sugar). put in.

Stir it, it will turn into a batter, add tap water.

Stir it and it's done.

Put the pan.

Put a little oil on a small fire.

Pour in the batter a little bit, novices can spread it out with a spoon, and veterans can directly turn the pan clockwise.

When one side is almost the same, turn it over.

After both sides are fried, go to the pan.

Finished product.
Tips:
1. The time to fry the first side can be less, so it won't be too mushy.
2. Pour more tap water.
