Omelette with Minced Meat

1. Prepare minced meat with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper, stir well

2. Beat in two eggs and stir in one direction

3. Add a pinch of salt

4. Add celery leaves

5. Add a little chicken essence and stir well

6. Hot pan oil

7. Put in the minced meat and spread it out with a spatula, as thick as possible
