Tips:
1. The side dishes in the fried rice are randomly matched according to the tastes of the family. If you like sweet taste, you can use Cantonese sausage
2. Add a little water starch to the egg liquid, the egg skin will not break easily
3. After the egg skin is folded in half, if the surface is completely solidified and it is not easy to stick together, you can apply a circle of egg liquid on the edge of the fold, and it will be easy to shape after being folded in half.
4. When frying the egg crust, it is not advisable to use too much oil. Use a non-stick pan. The egg cake spread out from the non-pan is thin and thick in the middle, and the taste is not as good as this kind of even egg crust.
