The eggs are adjusted and a pinch of salt and shrimp are added.

Heat in a non-stick pan, add eggs, spread out into egg skins, add finely chopped cucumber cubes on top, turn to low heat, pay attention that the heat is too high and the egg skins will become sticky.

Spread the rice evenly on top of the egg crust, turn the pan (it won't run out) and fry it a little, then let it cool down, and then roll it up.
Tips:
1. I divided an egg into two frying. Don't put too much in the meal, it won't be easy to roll.
2. If there is no oil, it will be too greasy.
